( 2 ) KELATTE : JALAE ~ JALAE CARGHI MAKAE

From Jalan Bayam, look for Lorong Chicha
From that red car (junction) over there, you'll reach this point
..where you'll see this house with a small lane beside it..
..see that car over there, take few steps to that point...
..this red signboard will greet you first (not the ladies lah)..
..there will be a door and do enter the house..
..this is Kak Nah and her famous Ayam Perchik..
..and she only made them to order and they are limited..
..in case if you need her contact no., it's on her door..


This is the sequence for the first "episode" of "JALAE ~ JALAE CARGHI MAKAE" series.

In my last entry, I promised the visitors to this fotopage that I will introduce you to my favorite Ayam Perchik, perhaps the best in Kota Bharu and definitely much better than the usually heard "Yati's Ayam Perchik". Hey, at least that is my opinion.... and many others' too.. ho ho

So, here we are, Kak Nah's Ayam Perchik.
Kak Nah, as she is known by many, used to sell her Ayam Perchik ( and other type of perchiks as well ) at Pasar Berek 12, Jalan Hospital, in Kota Bharu.
One day, some of her customers, tired of coming to her stall just to see Kak Nah packing up empty trays earlier than other perchik sellers would do, decided to come and wait at her house instead, for the first grab.
Finally, with customers flowing to her house before she could even bring her Ayam Perchik to the market, Kak Nah gave up and started to sell her cookings from the house instead.
Obvious enough, she does have many regular customers and to add to that, new customers are showing up day by day.
However,
for Kak Nah is a small entrepreneur, to cope with the onslaught, Kak Nah decided that she will only take orders from her customer and those who came for her Ayam Perchik without earlier bookings will not be entertained, as she put it.

So what about her Ayam Perchik then ?
Succulent, juicy, tender.... you name it, any word that suits an almost perfect Ayam Perchik ( and Ikan Perchik as well ). Her perchik gravy is good too...
Boleh laahh berbanding ayam perchik tempat lain ( kalau orang tak pandai buat, biasanya ayam tuh akan jadi keras or kuah dia rasa hambar.. emm.. tak macam ayam perchik Kak Nah, bermaksud, dia pandai laa jugak ). Okeh, barang siapa yang rasa tercabar, dijemput hubungi Kak Nah untuk mencuba.. ho ho
