Why : Escorting 40++ Japanese visitors from Kasaoka, Japan - including the mayor of Kasaoka City, Japan ( Kota Bharu Municipal Council ( MPKB ) guests ) for some cultural shows

When : Few times a week ( not sure which days )
Who : WHoever laah ~ ( just mentioned it )
How : The MPKB arranged this visit. It's free ~ most tourists especially those are not Malaysians seem to know the whereabout of this state government sponsored cultural activities but locals seem to care less, thus such activities remain " hidden " even right under their noses.
