A continuation from my previous entry entitled Morning In Kelantan

Here I posted few of several places which I considered personal favorites when it comes to breakfast in Kelantan ( or Kelate ), most deal with take-away food.

Kalu datang Kelate, jom try tempat2 nih, sedap or tak sedap, masing-masing punyer citarasa laa, however, for those adventurous people out there, my recommendations are :

~ Pic 1 ~
Unknown name. Roadside stall. In front of Istana Kota Lama, Jalan Sultanah Zainab.
My personal favorites: Jepput Durghiyye ( Durian Dumpling? ) and Nasik Minyok ( Indian Bryani-like Rice )

~ Pic 2 ~
Unknown stall name. Somewhere at Pasar Kubang Pasu (very small morning market) in Kota Bharu.
My personal favorites : Nasik Belauk Ikkey ( White rice with Tuna Yellow Curry )

~ Pic 3 ~
Unknown stall name. Also in Pasar Kubang Pasu in Kota Bharu. The "makcik" (auntie) is the main trademark, you can`t miss it.
My personal favorites : Nasik Kerghabu Kuning & Hitam (or Biru) ~ ( Salad Herb Rice ( yellow or blue tinted) with deep fried fish or smoked meat, spiced up with anchovy sauce )

~ Pic 4 ~
Unknown stall name. Also in Pasar Kubang Pasu in Kota Bharu. Selling Kelantanese traditional cakes.
My personal favorites: Tuppak Daun Palah ( Ketupat Daun Palas or Glutinous Rice Cooked in Palm leaves) and few others which I dont know their names.

Stall name : Kedai Kopi Ziela ( Ziela Coffee Shop ) or "Nasik Belauk Pokok Ceri" by most people ( " Cherry Tree Rice Stall " , there was a cherry tree there. )
Place: Jalan Yaakubiah, if u come from Balai Islam heading to Panji, about 500 meters from the junction.
This one is real favorite, not just favored by me but many others too, just look at the queue !
My personal favorites : Nasik Daggey ( Nasi Dagang or "Half-polished" Rice with Tuna Curry or Chicken Curry ), Nasik Belauk Ikkey (Tuna Curry Rice) and Nasik Belauk Ayye ( Chicken Curry Rice )
